Male Enhancement Surgery
Pectoral Implants
These implants provide men with a firmer, stronger looking chest. Like a breast implant for women, a small incision is made under the breast and the implant is inserted. There is minimal scarring and you can resume everyday activities within a few days.
Gynecomastia (Male Breast Reduction)
For men who feel self-conscious about their appearance, breast-reduction surgery can help. Gynecomastia is a term used in medicine and surgery that comes from Greece that means "woman - like breasts." The enlargement can be from excess glandular tissue or fat or both. Though this oddly named condition is rarely talked about, it is actually quite common. The procedure removes fat and or glandular tissue from the breasts, and in extreme cases removes excess skin, resulting in a chest that is flatter, firmer, and better contoured.
Small incisions are made in either the armpit or areola (the dark skin surrounding the nipples) and excess fat and glandular tissue is removed, both directly and with liposuction. Prior to the procedure, appropriate testing is done to make certain that there is no hormonal imbalance.
This procedure takes about two hours and is done under IV sedation or general anesthesia. Insurance may cover the costs of the procedure. Swelling and bruising are to be expected. Medication will control the minimal pain and discomfort that patients usually experience. It is suggested that a week or two will be needed for recovery.

Calf Implants
Calf implants allow men to have more muscular and fit looking calves. This implant procedure involves making a small incision behind the knee and placing a pliable rubber implant next to the calf muscle, making the calf muscle bulge out more.
You can assume normal activities within a few days, but you will feel some discomfort because your legs will be stiff and sore. Strenuous work and exercise involving your legs should be avoided for a minimum of 6 weeks after surgery.
